Do you offer scholarships?
Generous donors give to our Scholarship Fund to provide families with financial assistance who otherwise would not be able to come to camp. You can fill out an application at this link or by emailing [email protected]. Please also ask your local church if they have summer camp scholarship funds available.

Yes, please contact us to schedule an early check-out by emailing [email protected] or calling 320-245-2777.
Can i contact my camper while they are at camp?
Please call or email the camp if you need to get in touch with your camper. Do not come onto camp property and try and find the camper yourself. If you need to find your camper come to the office first, and we will guide you from there.
We also have a camper email that parents can send emails to during their camper's week of camp. The email address is only given out to parents, guardians, and emergency contacts, and will not be made public on our website. You can also send your camper mail during the week (see below).

can i send my camper mail?
The best way for your camper to receive mail is for you to bring letters and packages to check-in and drop them off with the office staff. Please label all envelopes and packages clearly with the camper's first and last name and the day you would like it delivered to them. Our staff will deliver mail to campers daily.
We do not recommend sending letters through the US postal service because there will be no guarantee that items will arrive before your camper's week is done.
Do not put cash into letters or packages. Grindstone Lake Bible Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen money or mail.

How much money should i put on my camper's canteen account?
The amount to add is entirely up to you. We suggest $25-35 for a week of camp. Items at the canteen range from $0.25 to $2.00. You can check on your camper's balance and add additional funds at any point during the week by logging back into your account at glbc.campbrainregistration.com.
What if my camper has medication?
We have first aid staff available to administer medication to campers. Please turn in all medication (including OTC) at check-in.
Who will my camper's cabin leaders be?
The Cabin Leader's name will remain a mystery until you come to check-in, but all of our staff are vetted and trained to work with children.
What if my camper has a food allergy or special diet?
Please email us with details at [email protected] at least one week prior to camp.
