Still on the fence? There are many staff members who may have felt the same way, but read their summer experiences, or by watching the video below. Truly a summer away changes your life, and so many others.

What will I actually do? The summer staff term is a broad one, but there are many different job descriptions. three things correspond to all jobs, grow closer to God, develop lasting relationships, and evangelize by pouring out Gods love to campers.

Why Grindstone? Many see camp as not "real life work" but it is better than real work because it is learning how to manage time, children, and yourself. These three are the hardest skills to manage, and after one week you have learned so many different ways to handle situations.

What should I even Bring? Start with necessities. Bring a bible, a humble heart, and a willingness to love unconditionally. That's the hard stuff, the easy stuff is on this list.

Are there any "HIDDEN" Rules? In every society there are rules, ours may seem a little over the top but if you have a question on them I would be happy to discuss any of these at length with you. Many are actually there for your protection.
