Why Grindstone?
Many see camp as not "real life work" but it is better than real work because it is learning how to manage time, children, and yourself. These three are the hardest skills to manage, and after one week you have learned so many different ways to handle situations.
What will I actually do?
The summer staff term is a broad one, but there are many different job descriptions. three things correspond to all jobs, grow closer to God, develop lasting relationships, and evangelize by pouring out Gods love to campers.
What should I Bring?
Start with necessities. Bring a bible, a humble heart, and a willingness to love unconditionally. That's the hard stuff, the easy stuff is on this list.

recourse is the responsibility of the camp director. Refer a Friend
