Plan a mission trip at glbc

Your church or youth group can serve alongside our summer staff for a week this summer as part of a mission trip! This is a little to no cost mission trip that will allow your teens and church members to share the Gospel, be strengthened in their faith, and experience hands-on ministry to campers of all socio-economic and racial backgrounds. Join us as we Chart the Course to Christ!

How it works

Step 1: Express interest

Please contact us using the form below. We will make sure your church aligns with our Statement of Faith & Mission, and then connect with you about dates and other details.

Step 2: Form Your Team

Your team could be made up of youth and youth leaders, or a mix of youth, young adults, and older church members. Make sure to choose a team lead or leaders who will be the contact person/people.

Step 3: Paperwork & Training

We will provide paperwork for your team to complete (including background checks) and will schedule a training session to make sure your team is prepared and equipped for the week! We will also work with you to assign team members to various areas of camp.

Step 4: Join us!

You will provide transportation for your team and arrive at camp ready to serve! Camp will provide food, housing, and a meeting space/time each evening for team reflection & bonding.

Additional Information

• Our camp weeks run Sunday-Friday. It works best if your team can commit to a full week (Sunday 1pm - Friday 9pm).
• Team members can help in any area of camp whether in a supporting role or directly with the campers. We will work with your church to assign team members prior to arrival based on team member desires and camp's needs.
• There is no cost other than providing transportation for your team to camp. If you would like to have your team support raise to help cover housing and food costs, we can work with you to do so, but it is not required!
