The counselors name will remain a mystery until you come to check in, but our counselors are typically high school(15-18) to college aged (19-23) with a high focus on ministry and evangelism. They have all been prayed over, passed through a screening committee, and have gone through an interview process to assess their skill sets and have also been background checked to make sure they are able to work with kids. There references have been checked, and they have all passed a counselor test including sections on the gospel, emergency procedures, and how to interact appropriately with campers.

What kind of activities do you provide? |
We provide activities of all sorts. From water games, and swim time to Basketball rockwall and soccer. We also have the traditional games like capture the flag and lord of the rings. There is canoeing and kayaking, as well as a few chapel services a day and we do teach the creation story along with a basic outline of the old testament in order to encourage campers to dig into the Bible and discover what God has in store for them. We do not allow electronic devices(except in extreme situations) but have found a majority of the campers do not miss their technology or video games during the week.
